King of queens & queen of kings

The team is very responsive in itself and always sends top-notch, nothing to complain about there! However, my last machine from you "Digitone 2" is just unusable as it crashes one time after another over a period of one or two hours! I had never encountered such issues with Elektron before, so I am a bit surprised and obviously disappointed (bad batch or would an update fix the problem?) Unfortunately, I can only give 3 stars for my personal feedback regarding this faulty product, 1000 euros for the machine is painful! I hope to possibly exchange my product for another one...? Apart from that, the potential of this machine is just huge.
