The SHURE MV5 C microphone is defective. My recent PC does not detect the output device despite numerous attempts. Woodbrass offers me to return the microphone to the manufacturer and wait for the 15-day delay (probably longer with the May holidays) to know the outcome. However, I have an immediate need for this microphone that I ordered from Woodbrass and not from the manufacturer. They should give me a credit so I can reorder a new microphone or, failing that, a refund and then they can sort it out with the manufacturer. I find this not very serious. They should clearly tell me that they will refund me so I can reorder a new microphone. But having to wait for the manufacturer's response for several weeks is not very professional.
Small correction.
I want to highlight the good responsiveness of Woodbrass who very quickly allowed me to return the item to the manufacturer, and upon receipt of it gave me a credit of the same amount. Woodbrass is a serious merchant.
