Previously I worked with Firewire but with USB C, nothing is lost. We connect the jack cables (balanced) to the "Main" outputs, connect via USB C, turn on the beautiful 1824C, install the PreSonus software (Universal Control to download). Magic! Windows 10 or 11, same excellent result. A beautiful dynamic, both at the outputs and the headphones. The preamps are very good and transparent. Use without any problem with Samplitude ProX7 (Magix). No experience with PreSonus software (very good, apparently). An almost perfect work with these tools. The mixes sound very good and very detailed. A joy!

Bought to replace an old sound card, the Steinberg Ur22, I am once again blown away by the quality of what Presonus offers. The preamps have an incredible gain reserve and do not distort, and I am quite surprised to see how low the latency is by adjusting the buffer size. Oh yes, and the Studio One Artist license is a plus: it allows upgrading to the pro version for relatively little money, and you end up with an amazing sound card on an amazing DAW for a pretty incredible price.
