The sound quality is not amazing, but very sufficient for my use. The cable is not that short, in case, like me, you use your phone only to record. I slip it into my pocket and I'm ready to record. The only big issue with this mic, but I think it comes from iPhones, is that once plugged in, the speakers are disabled. The phone indeed takes the mic for a headset, so it sends the signal to the mic which has nothing to output sound. Impossible to fix this in the settings... So you have to unplug the mic and plug it back in to listen. And the cable seems very fragile, so be careful not to force it too much.

Good product. Neutral and faithful reproduction!! Very appreciable. Cable a bit short but I knew it when buying. The instructions in the manual for assembly are not very clear. Fortunately, there are some tutorials on Youtube.
