The BOSS RC-1 is our simplest and most user-friendly Loop Station to date. It will provide hours of fun. Since the release of the original Loop Station RC-20 in 2001, BOSS has led the way in regularly releasing new models for creating/managing sound loops. Although they have been used and loved by many artists, BOSS has always sought to develop the simplest and most affordable product possible.
The RC-1 is an easy-to-use and effective looper. With this compact BOSS pedal, you can discover the pleasure of building loops, triggering them, playing over them, erasing them and starting again. Of course, the RC-1 is true to the BOSS tradition of quality and efficiency, which has earned the brand its success with musicians around the world. On the top of this pedal, you will find an innovative new loop indicator: a 24-segment LED wheel. This means you can tell at a glance which mode (Rec/Overdub/Play) you are in.
With a maximum recording time of 12 minutes of stereo signal, the RC-1 is capable of storing anything you can play or imagine. Its stereo jack inputs and outputs can be used to connect it to stereo effects and amps. They also allow you to connect stereo instruments such as synthesizers. Battery and AC adapter operation, as well as numerous external footswitch triggering options, add to its practicality of use. The RC-1 is an extremely valuable companion that will introduce you to the wonderful world of loops.
