Description

BOSS celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Loop Station with a dynamic new lineup of RC-series loopers. Introducing the RC-3 and RC-30 . . . portable, powerful pedals with super-sized internal memory that captures up to three hours of stereo looping! The RC-3 is a one-track stereo Looper housed in a compact pedal; the RC-30 is the two-track version in twin-pedal format. No matter what instrument you play or noises you make, the new RC series is ready to loop it. Plug in your instrument of choice, even a microphone; the RC-30 has an XLR input, complete with phantom power. Both pedals are equipped with USB 2.0 ports that let you save your loops externally, as well as import and export WAV files.

Pedal designed to be used with a Moog Etherwave Theremin, not as a looper but as a working tool for the instrument, allowing you to record and listen back very quickly without leaving the playing position. It is very effective for working on intonation and expressiveness on entire pieces or small difficult phrase sections (try the half-step climbs in a Fauré, you'll tell me what you think...). Superb sound quality, no noticeable hiss. In terms of ergonomics, an external pedalboard is a big plus. The official pedalboard is large and expensive but it is very easy to make one for a few euros. Very fast delivery to parcel pickup points.

I use it with a Fender Mustang 3 v1 modeling amp here is how to connect it For the issue of the loop in clean sound that goes into distortion: You have to connect the loop station in the effects loop of the amp (if the amp has one). Guitar --> Amp Guitar Input -> Amp Send -> BOSS INPUT A --> BOSS OUTPUT A --> Amp Return. In this case, the loop recorded in the loop station will not be modified when changing the amp channel. Very good pedal for working on solos but not only The price is high for sure but it is so good..... Thanks for the fast and FREE shipping Eric

This pedal is a very good looper with a good quality-price ratio, for recording only guitar loops it is great and easy to use, for recording loops with drums, vocals... you will need to look more towards the rc30. When the pedal is activated the sound is not colored at all and the LED system is very practical to know when you are recording, when you are listening, or when you are recording while listening. I highly recommend this pedal to all guitarists looking for a simple but very effective looper and also in a compact format.

Looper a bit complex to learn to use, but not Einstein either. Unfortunately, it did not adapt to my equipment - backtrack sound recorded via USB: volume OK - my guitar sound in overdub: very low Roland/Boss support advice: lower the backtrack volume. Yeah.. but you really have to lower it a lot. That said, my amp is a 1990 Session! Otherwise, most people have no problems. Found someone else for whom it was the same. Make sure to keep a return right for testing.

Very easy to use, in five minutes you already feel like a great composer :). The auto mode is very practical as well as the automatic loop timing to the rhythm. This is my first looper and I already wonder how I managed without it all these years as it so much improves my life as a solo guitarist. Perfect for practicing scales and improvisations while composing little pieces. For me, it is a tool to recommend to every guitarist regardless of their level.

Superb pedal, easy to use and allowing a lot with its large memory capacity, I haven't had the chance to test the USB connection since acquiring it but it is obvious that it further enhances the product's possibilities. Small downside is the very low battery life as announced (about 3h), plan to buy the power supply.

Very good product, the very negative points this pedal - Plastic body, I would have liked an alloy like some brands - The pedal does not recharge the battery so external charging is required Otherwise it's a gem, solo multi-task musicians this is your stage companion. Very good product and surprising quality in sound reproduction. The loading of *.wave files (drums, bass, keyboard... etc... recovered from midi files on the internet) is excellent and very interesting for working in tempo. Product immediately recognized by computers via the USB port.

Very good! This is really what we expect. This product is like a wooden board: you just have to see it to remember that this pedal is universal and has proven itself. Easy to use, it makes very clean loops and all the options are fully functional.
