But with KOMPLETE KONTROL, all your KOMPLETE and NKS presets are tagged and organized intuitively, so you can easily find the sound you need. Plus, you can preview each sound as you browse, without even having to load the instrument. Need a lot of low end? Use the encoders and OLED display to select SYNTH > BASS > SUB BASS, then listen to the presets and load the one that fits your song.
PRE-ASSIGNED AND READY TO PLAY
All your KOMPLETE and NKS instruments and effects have been pre-assigned to the KOMPLETE KONTROL keyboard controls by those who know them best: the instrument developers. Key parameters such as envelope controls and filter cutoffs are instantly displayed on the OLED displays when you touch the corresponding knob. This means you’ll see exactly what you’re changing in real time, in kHz, dB or BPM.
CREATIVE PLAY
With Smart Play, you don’t have to worry about hitting the wrong notes – just pick a scale and go. Activate Chord mode to create a chord progression by pressing single keys, then launch the arpeggiator and transform those notes into an expressive musical performance. And for beginners, Easy mode assigns the white keys to the desired scale.

A-Series keyboards are designed to integrate seamlessly into your setup, whatever it may be, with instant access to transport, mixing and editing functions in your favorite DAW. Logic Pro X, GarageBand and Ableton Live are currently supported, with advanced integration with Cubase and Nuendo coming in future updates to KOMPLETE KONTROL software. MASCHINE Essentials is included so beginners can capture and arrange their ideas directly from their keyboard – no additional software is required.
