Melodica or pianica is a wind musical instrument, more precisely a free reed. It is similar in its mode of operation to a harmonica, but unlike it, it has a keyboard, which can have a range of an octave and a half to three octaves. Sound is obtained by blowing into the mouth of the instrument, located on the side of the keyboard.
