It stands out in the lineup with its unapologetic "shred/metal" approach, from body sculpting to multi-voice electronics, while maintaining the PRS aesthetic and a spectacular "Charcoal Purple Burst" finish.
Designed for intermediate to expert guitarists seeking speed and precision, the SE Chleo excels in power metal, prog, djent, and hard rock. Its Fluence palette also covers classic rock and crystal-clear cleans for recording or live performance. Its lightweight ergonomics and "Chleo" profile neck favor advanced techniques (legato, tapping, sweeping).
The combination of a carved maple top + mahogany body offers a balance between bright attack and warm mids. The bolt-on maple neck, reinforced with carbon rods, provides "snap" and stable sustain, while the ebony fingerboard enhances note definition. The Fishman Fluence Herman Li pickups deliver three voices per pickup (from tight high-gain to more vintage humbucker tones, up to single-coil-like textures), controlled by a 5-position selector and two push/pull pots to achieve up to 13 combinations. The Floyd Rose 1000 adds mass to the bridge, contributing to note sustain, while allowing extreme expressiveness without compromising tuning stability.
