They are constructed of plywood from 9 mm to 12 mm thick and their aluminum edges guarantee a robust closure. The interior is covered with a mat with EVA foam on the sides to ensure optimal safety for the console while also allowing air circulation.

No need to remove the flight case console, you just have to remove the top part of the flight for easy access.
