High-end design for flawless sound

1. MODEL encoder
   • Press and turn to change the Tone Model of the current preset.
   • Press to select amp/pedal or cabinet options.
   • Hold this key down to access preset settings and global settings.
2. Display
   • Highly visible display for any stage, featuring eight 16-segment characters.
   • This is your main reference when moving among Tone Models, presets, editing parameters and navigating menus.
3. Display sub
   • This section uses colored text to indicate the type of Tone Model and cabinet currently in use.
4. Preset encoder
   • Turn the PRESET encoder to navigate among the 150 presets available in the pedal.
   • Hold it down to save a preset and choose its name and position in the bank.
5. PARAMETER encoder
   • Each preset in the TONEX pedal has its own set of parameters.
   • Press the PARAMETER encoder to access the sub-parameters of the selected preset.
   • Hold the PARAMETER encoder down to access alternative controls for the 5 main buttons.
6. MAIN buttons
   • Turn to edit the main or alternative parameters of the preset.
7. Footswitches A,B,C
   • Press to activate or bypass a preset from the current bank
   • Press A+B to select a lower value
   • Press B+C to select a higher bank
   • Press A+C to display the current bank
8. Input
   • Connect your instrument here
9. Outputs L/R
   • Connect to an amplifier, effects pedal, PA system for live performances or your monitors, when using the TONEX pedal as an audio interface. Use the left output when using a mono configuration.
10. Headphones
    • Same as L/R outputs. Connect your headphones here for silent monitoring.
11. MIDI In
    • Connect to external MIDI controllers to automatically change presets and parameters via control changes.
12. MIDI Out
    • Connect to external MIDI devices. Thanks to this port, the TONEX pedal can send control changes whenever a switch is pressed or a knob is turned.
13. EXT. control
    • Connect an external expression pedal or single switch pedal to control any combination of parameters with a single gesture.
    • Connect a dual switch pedal to easily move between banks or presets.
14. USB
    • Use this port to connect the TONEX pedal to your MAC/PC as an audio interface and to use TONEX's sound manager to organize and load presets.

Designed and manufactured in Italy, TONEX Pedal features a compact anodized aluminum chassis, capable of withstanding years of touring stress. With complete MIDI in/out, you can connect high-end effects pedals like those in our X-GEAR series, for a complete programmable pedalboard, or easily add the TONEX Pedal to your touring rack, and use its expression pedal input to add real-time control over any parameter.
