The TAMA Soft Sound packages include preconfigured Soft Sound Ring sizes, and one (1) Soft Sound Beater. The Soft Sound package reduces the volume of an acoustic drum kit while retaining the natural tone of the shell. It is designed to maintain the feel of playing an acoustic drum kit; a very important feature when playing in low volume situations.
