K612 PRO headphones are reference open, over-ear phones that deliver natural sound imaging for professional monitoring. super headset, I just received it, but the comfort is immediately noticeable. The sound is magnificent on my Kawai MP7 piano at home, the ear pads surround the ear and do not press on it, so I can play for a long time without my ears heating up.... this is my first experience with an open headset, and it's great to be able to interact with people around without having to take off the headset. The only drawback, during a test on a Korg in a Big Bang rehearsal... impossible to hear oneself with the ambient sound... maybe the headset impedance is too high for the Korg, or the external volume was too loud!
