Electro Harmonix NANO PITCH FORK

Description

It transposes an instrument's pitch over a +/-3 octave range and features three modes which allow the pitch to be transposed up, down or both, simultaneously. The pitch shift amount can be set to a fixed interval or continuously varied by an expression pedal or control voltage. The 11 position Shift switch selects the maximum transposition interval. The Latch button selects Latch or Momentary mode which affects how the footswitch and EXP input behave. The default glissando rate is 60 milliseconds when nothing is plugged into the EXP input.

Tested only with a Yamaha Silent SV-200 electric violin. Honestly, I'm amazed! The goal was to have a cello sound and it's a success, even a double bass sound is achievable and nothing drops out. The 3rd lower octave, however, really doesn't work properly. The rest of the possibilities are impressive. It's accurate and practically latency-free in legato playing. This pedal opens up possibilities I hadn't imagined.

Just received: excellent tracking and it opens up great possibilities, both in clean/ambient and big fuzzy riffs! I plugged in my expression pedal and you can really fine-tune the transition curves... In short, a very inspiring little box, I'm charmed!

A great product! I do a lot of metal and it's an incredible comfort to simply turn a knob on this pedal to switch between different tunings. Paired with my fullbore metal and my EQ, it's really nice and it works well. The pedal isn't cheap but it's a good investment!
