Perfect balance (at least for the Rode NT1 and its spider mount, to be seen with other mics) allowing the microphone to be placed in all possible positions without the arm moving. I did not have to adjust the tightening. The mount attaches and holds well by tightening, and the arm holds well inside (I move the microphone several times a day).

Sure, it's expensive, but honestly it's worth it to protect your microphone. I had to buy it a long time ago. At first I was worried because of the Spring effect but once I attached my Shure mic, with the weight of the mic the PSA1 becomes perfectly manageable. But be careful for those who have a light microphone.

I use it for the Rode NT USB microphone bought on this very site :)
The tripod is super easy to assemble... in fact, there's nothing to do ^^ except fix the stand on the desk and screw the microphone directly... basically plug and play...
Honestly, it changes my life, very good product!

An excellent microphone arm. It is stable and makes NO noise when moved. If you watch a bit of Twitch, you will see it with many streamers and I think it's not by chance. Moreover, although it may seem bulky at first, I can use it even with my very small desk.

It's perfect, very manageable, sturdy, you can place it wherever you want around you. Once in place, it doesn't move. It is silent.
I haven't tested cheaper ones and I preferred to take this one which seemed to be of better quality. No regrets

Quick to install. At first, it feels like the arm is doing its own thing, but it's the weight of the microphone that gives it stability in the positions we want to set it in. Huge space saver for my home studio!

solid product that does the job, I use it with the microphone that comes with the basic Scarlett Solo kit whose exact weight I don't know, but it works well :)

good product, easy to assemble, there is a mode and a tip if you mount the pole with a hole in your desk, even if there are cheaper poles.
