Description

DEEP BLUE DELAY HW

The Deep Blue Delay is a natural-sounding digital delay with an analog direct signal path designed using analog amplifiers without filtering. With its simple and intuitive controls, the DBD gives you easy access to classic delay sounds reminiscent of vintage tape and analog delays. The DBD is specially designed to work equally well with clean and distorted sounds, and you can use the pedal before or after distortion. You can also use the pedal in front of an amplifier or in the effects loop. There are no noise reduction circuits, which keeps the echo decay as natural as possible. The echo signal has adjustable filtering to allow for extreme settings without interference. The new and improved Handwired series pedals feature high-quality components, Alpha potentiometers and switches, and Switchcraft jacks, all housed in a custom-made sheet metal enclosure. . The pedals are also equipped with top-mounted jacks. All pedals in the Handwired series are manufactured in Finland.

Features:

  • Level: Adjusts the level of the delayed signal mixed with the dry guitar sound. In the CCW position, only the dry (unmodified) guitar signal is output.
  • Delay: controls the delay time from 25 ms to 450 ms.
  • Repeat: controls the number of repeats of the delayed signal, from one to infinity (and beyond!).
