The Pearl fiberglass shekere is molded to match the shape and sound of traditional calabash shekeres, but with the durability and sound projection benefits of fiberglass. This medium-sized 10-inch shaker features a hand-strung bead mesh that is fully adjustable and can be played in various ways to produce different effects and textures. The shekere is finished in a deep brown to resemble a natural gourd.
