Description

The Rode NT5 is a high-end small-diaphragm condenser microphone designed for sensitive recording applications. Featuring a 1/2-inch, gold-sprayed cardioid condenser capsule, it delivers smooth, balanced sound with very low operating noise. Its exceptionally accurate cardioid polar pattern and wide frequency response make the NT5 ideal for recordings ranging from acoustic instruments to drum and cymbal overheads, to live performances and on-site dialogue.

It's not about the RODE NT-5 microphones, ordered yesterday, received today and whose reputation is well established, that I would give an opinion, but rather about the WoodBrass customer service which, in my opinion and for my 3rd order, should be a model for many online commercial sites. Everything is there: very clear site, wide choice for all budgets, impeccable telephone reception, top delivery times and tracking.

Very good microphones and I thank advisor 51 again for his help, the Rode not being available at the time of my order. It was last week and since then, I have received everything from my order. Fast, efficient, woodbass, even if I am not a musician, is a site that I recommend to everyone. Best regards

Used on mounted hoverheads in Glyn Johns inspired arrangement, top notch! Very good definition, light, I am happy with the value for money. Beautiful bright and present highs. The storage box is a bit too much, I would have preferred small covers.
