**Here, size matters.** A speaker cable aims to create an optimal connection between the amplifier and the speakers, ensuring minimal dissipation of the energy transmitted between the two elements operating at very low impedance. To accomplish this mission, the resistance of the conductors must be as low as possible to limit the final load applied to the amplifier, while preserving the low frequencies at high volume, which are very energy-demanding. Keeping all these parameters in mind, Cordial developed the professional CPL LL2 cable, an ideal speaker cable to securely connect an amplifier to passive speakers.
**Maximum transmission quality.** To ensure optimal signal transmission quality between the amplifier and the speakers, the CPL LL2 cables are made with the best available components: 2.5 mm² conductors made from oxygen-free copper to ensure a very low electrical resistance of just 8 ohms per kilometer, a reinforced PVC sheath, and the famous 2-pole Speakon connectors made by Neutrik, which guarantee quality and ease of use.
**Flexibility nonetheless!** Cables with large conductors and reinforced sheaths are often very stiff due to their construction. This lack of flexibility can be a handicap, especially on shorter lengths. The CPL LL2 avoids this pitfall thanks to an optimized construction, each conductor being composed of 140 strands of 0.15 mm to offer good flexibility, while using large-section conductors.
