Legendary guitars
The guitars in the FSF series belong to the Takamine Legacy range. As the name suggests, this range has contributed to the reputation of the Japanese brand worldwide, alongside the Keystone, Tradesman, Nouveau, and Santa Fe series. The FSF40C and DSF48C models are part of the Santa Fe series. These guitars feature a NEX body shape, a kind of jumbo format with a reduced scale length. This body provides perfect balance with an ideal tone to support a voice. It is the perfect format for all singer-guitarists.
The CTF-2N preamp system
Before starting the manufacturing process, the Takamine R&D team analyzes the needs of musicians. Manufactured by strictly following this process, the guitars in the TSF series have been equipped with the CTF-2N preamp system characterized by the famous "Brownie" sound, paired with the Palathetic pickup for unmatched sound quality. The CTF-2N offers a 2-band equalizer with dedicated volume, a chromatic tuner, a Notch filter, and an attenuator of -6 or -12dB.
