D'addario And Co John Lennon Sign. Strap, Rooftop Jacquard

Description

D'Addario John Lennon Signature Strap, Rooftop Jacquard

The John Lennon Rooftop strap is a replica of the model John Lennon wore during the Beatles' last public concert on January 30, 1969, on the roof of Apple Corps headquarters in London. Originally a bold idea from John, who was looking for an open venue for everyone to attend the concert, the band played hits like "Get Back" and "Don't Let Me Down" to the delight of the gathered crowd. The strap was attached to an Epiphone Casino guitar, which became iconic of John Lennon's sound in the following years.
