I hesitated before buying them especially since my budget was quite tight. If I could, I would have purchased a pair of Focal solo6 but for now I am saving to treat myself one day, meanwhile, I bought these Yamaha HS5 to compose in my small Home-Studio. I am satisfied with the sound and the mixes made on them. I have the same sound quality in my car or on other hi-fi speakers, so I think it's a sign of neutrality, and the success of a good mix thanks to these speakers. I add that in my small "treated" room of 9m², it is more than enough (for the power)! Aesthetically, they are pleasant to look at, the quality is neat and solid. In short, I do not regret my purchase, I would even say that I recommend them for tight budgets and for Home-studiers who produce in small spaces.... (Show more)
