Yamaha HS8S

Description

Yamaha has always made it so that artists can create their own sound, and this philosophy has been adopted since the design of our first studio speakers. From the legendary NS-10M to the current MSP and HS series, Yamaha has sought to avoid any coloration or alteration of the original sound signal.

This second generation of speakers HS therefore takes the characteristics of original HS by improving several aspects. Firstly, the wide tweeter 1 "brings a better precision in the high frequencies and a welcome softness during the long listening sessions.Then, the very careful design of the cabinet making possible to avoid the maximum of resonances and parasitic noises Thus, the mix job becomes easier, free of any interference.

as always with yamaha we are not disappointed..the sound is amazing.The filter settings are designed to cut the low frequencies that we don't want in the monitors. the bass is precise.

Paired with perfect HS5! Edit: I just switched to Focal Alpha Evo 80, it's better to set a bit of low cut on the speakers to have something coherent
