The Meinl Sonic Energy Tingsha are faithful to the classic Tibetan cymbals. This instrument consists of two metal plates located at each end of a cord. To play the bell sound, simply lightly clash the cymbals together. The particularity of this instrument is the interval between the two cymbals. This interval is one octave higher than the alpha state of our brain. When you hear the sounds that each cymbal shares through their harmonics and listen to the jump between them, it is easier to enter a meditative state. Tingshas are also used to release blockages in a person's vibrational field as well as in an environment.
