On 29/11/2008, we still have not received the package whose shipping announcement dates from last November 19. The COLIECO tracking under reference (8W21077023327) via the internet is not available. Moreover, I am surprised that you were able to send the package under this term 'colieco' since it is a product that would no longer be marketed by the Post since March 2006! Could you please take the necessary steps with the Post and keep us informed. Thank you in advance
