MARSHALL DSL5CR

The versatile DSL? series offers the legendary Marshall all-tube sound, suitable for all playing environments. From shimmering cleans to distorted, punchy overdrives, the DSL makes it easy to tailor the sound to your playing style. The DSL offers a wide range of features across the entire series, including power reduction, studio-quality reverb and two footswitchable channels.
As the name suggests, the Dual Super Lead (DSL) contains two footswitchable channels, called Classic Gain and Ultra Gain.
The Classic Gain has two modes capable of delivering classic Marshall tones and modern high-gain sounds, from a clean 1959-style tone to the rumble of a JCM800 2203.
The Ultra Gain channel, meanwhile, also has two modes, which mimic the vibrations of a JCM800 2203 or offer even higher gain and gut-wrenching midrange boost, all at the touch of a button.
This means that whatever your environment, you can really experiment and unleash your alter ego. With its 10-inch Celestion Ten-30 speaker, perfectly tuned for exceptional output even at low volume, this 5W combo will allow you to play with a wide range of genres; from blues rock to metal, whether at home or in rehearsals.

so Some small errors on the order.. I don't know why?? anyway as usual the Woodbrass team delivered!!! on my Amp, they added the F/s pedal.. they weren't obliged and without saying anything.. Bam the surprise.. great.. as usual.. and amp level??? Nothing to report,, enough videos to see what it looks like so.. Great and thanks Woodbrass..<3 <3 <3 <3

Very happy with this amp. The power is more than enough for everyday use. To have other Marshalls at home. I was looking for a small travel and bedroom amp. The sound is perfect. Not muffled. The speaker does the job. Very surprising for 5w. We'll see over time. Received in 3 days. Top as always here.

Exactly the product I was waiting for. Ideal for playing at home without shaking the walls, while maintaining the quality and tone of a tube amp. What I can't do with my other amps, AC 30, JazzChorus, which I can't turn up to make them sing, and which I reserve for the stage.

Excellent small amp, which follows a jcm900, too powerful for my current use. All the connections are very practical, note that you have to physically unplug the speaker when working with headphones for complete silence (verified with Marshall, after all it's just a jack plug to unplug...). I found the sound a bit too shrill in the treble on clean, which forced me to set the control to 3 out of 10 for this knob. I changed the speaker to a Celestion Greenback, which greatly improved this little issue. That's why I give 4 stars and not 5. For the saturated channel, no problem for me, at 5 or 6 out of 10 you already get a nice distortion in my opinion. Note that the gain at max on the clean channel, the crunch is very light, this channel remains relatively clear even at max I find (and yet I use HB pickups). Finally, I had read some criticisms regarding the reverb, and frankly I don't find it that bad.... (Show more)
