Description

Innovate and craft your sound using this 50W combo. A Celestion Midnight 60 12” type speaker provides a classic all-valve, rich and harmonic Marshall tone. This amp has classic styling and contains contemporary features. A power reduction feature, Powerstem, perfectly matches your tone whether performing on stage or practicing in the studio. With a 2-way footswitch available you can control the gain boost and turn the FX loop on and off.

ADD A LITTLE BOOST

You can add in an extra level of gain using the footswitchable gain boost feature to create extra distortion in your sound.

Play as hard as you like, wherever you like. Our new power reducing technology, Powerstem allows you to have high, medium or low power modes to work with your environment.

TILT YOUR SOUND

By using the tilt control you can blend your sound between normal and high treble to access the sound that suits you.

As soon as I received it, I didn't wait any longer to plug in my Marshall Origin 50 tube amp instead of my old MG100FX. First impression, the tube sound is magical, I don't regret spending a bit more than my initial budget to buy this amp. Warm, powerful sound and the ability to adjust the power to play quietly at home while still having enough power to play in rehearsals is great... We'll see over time to test other settings, but for now, no regrets

50 watts of pure happiness! I've been using it in rehearsals and concerts for 1 week and so far I have nothing to complain about! One small negative point, the boost LED on the footswitch doesn't work.. a bit annoying...

I owned a Blues Deluxe in the past and wanted to get another one, but due to shortages and price increases, I turned to this Marshall product. Positive points: perfect sound, I'm delighted, and the look is really successful. Big negative point: build quality. A real disaster: very low-end and thin medium wood, some screws don't hold and spin freely, internal bracing bends with the force of a little finger, wood particles trapped under the tolex causing bumps on the walls, front grille showing an unsightly "line" right in the middle, and more... Too bad because otherwise this amp is great. I plan to improve it (finish it myself) someday.
