'Archon', a Greek word meaning 'lord' or 'chief', is a powerful 2-channel amplifier that is highly versatile with saturated sounds and bright clean tones with great dynamics. Designed with five levels of gain before the master volume, the Archon’s lead channel is designed to cover the full spectrum from classic rock to metal with full, powerful distortion. The clean channel provides rich and clean tones even at high volume, creating an excellent solution for effects pedals. The Archon has an extremely responsive feel with incredible note clarity, whether on the clean channel or with distortion. Available in head or combo format equipped with a 12'' Celestion V-type speaker, featuring broad, full bass and pleasant mids. The combo’s compact and portable design is also ideal for musicians who use their amplifier for rehearsals, studio, or live performances. With two 6CA7 power tubes, each channel has controls for volume, treble, mids, bass, and master volume. The 3-band EQ allows for better adjustment of the desired sound, while the volume and master controls work together to control the amplifier’s distortion and volume. The switch acts almost like a treble boost, adding brightness to the amplifier’s high frequencies. The Archon is completed by two presence and depth controls for even more precise sound adjustment.
