Description

The Micro Terror is the smallest Orange head to date.
This hybrid head weighs less than 1 Kg and has the same design and philosophy as the Tiny Terror. Associated with the PPC108 cabinet, it is perfect for playing at low volume while keeping a real sound grain. But beware, the Micro Terror can also be associated with a 4 x 12 like any other Orange head, and thus benefit from all its power. The settings are simple and intuitive and we find this fury in the intermediate saturations which made the success of the Tiny Terror.

Coupled with the PPC108 cabinet, you get a mini stack with maximum power in a minimum of space, all with an outstanding look.

Very good set with a small head that is not afraid of anything!!! Plugged into a 4x12 this head becomes a monster. I love it!

Nickel amp head even if crunch happens a bit too quickly (resolved after replacing the lamp with a 12AU7/ECC82). Good clean sound, very 70's style drive. However, very disappointed with the cab, little bass (even for this size of speaker), very average definition and vibrations as a bonus. Opening the cab, rock wool padding on the inside of the rear cover, tightening all the screws properly and magic... We get bass back, correct definition and no more vibrations.

At this price, I found it even cheaper than with the Teutons at Thotho... You first think of a gadget, and it's true that it's really very small, but for domestic use it does the job very well. The auxiliary input and headphone jack make it an ally for parties, and to add a bit of versatility I set it to very clear sound and plug the Bax Bangeetar into the input. The only thing I reproach it for is the absence of a reverb...
