Its "intelligent" approach to harmonization allows for realistic and musical voices in real time, while maintaining straightforward use, ideal when singing and playing simultaneously.

The HARMONY section offers 24 harmony effects (12 types, each with a variation), operating based on guitar chords, the chosen key, or their combination via hybrid mode. Added to this are ECHO effects (reverb and delay) and ENHANCE to polish the tone and stabilize pitch. The 3 memory slots allow chaining several atmospheres (verse/chorus/solo) without losing track. Finally, the USB audio interface simplifies recording on a computer: handy for quickly demoing with a vocal sound already processed.

Sound

The VE-2 aims for a modern and immediately usable aesthetic: clear harmonies, clean and enveloping reverb/delay, and an ENHANCE processing that puts the voice "up front" in the mix without making it artificial. The dynamics remain pleasant, with a responsive reaction that follows vocal nuances and attack well.
