The Nux Diamond 63 OD pedal is an overdrive that faithfully imitates the clear, saturated sounds of the elegant British AC-30 tube amps of 1963. It was these bright, sparkling tones, full of harmonics and bite, that marked so many of the legendary songs of the British Invasion and the hard rock of the 70s and 80s! In addition to the clean / crunchy sounds for which they were world-renowned during the British Invasion with The Beatles or The Rolling Stones, Diamond tube amps produce punchy British overdrive tones loaded with harmonics and compression! Later, with the Top Boost circuit, which boosts the high frequencies and saturates the signal even more, legendary guitarist Brian May of the band Queen continued to build the myth of these legendary amps! But watch out, because to get that distinctive saturated and compressed sound, the amps had to be pushed to the limit.
