The WA-CX24 faithfully recreates one of the most iconic stereo microphones in audio history. It features high-end components such as all-brass CK12-style capsules and TAB-Funkenwerk USA output transformers. This allows it to deliver clear bass, naturally rich mids and smooth highs. These features make it ideal for bringing your vocals to life, capturing spacious piano performances, wide acoustic guitars or drums anchored in a room. The WA-CX24 allows you to reproduce many stereo recording configurations, such as XY, Blumlein or Mid-side, all with extreme accuracy. The 180° rotation capability of its top capsule allows for precise and repeatable angle adjustment without worrying about phase issues. It offers 9 directivity patterns per capsule, accessible via a rotary switch on the dedicated microphone power supply, ranging from omnidirectional to figure-8.
