Een volledige reeks Attack-, Release-, Ratio-, Input- en Output-bedieningselementen maken het gemakkelijk om uw geluid nauwkeurig af te stemmen, van subtiele piekbeperking tot zwaar geplette compressie-effecten. De CHT Constant Headroom-technologie biedt u grote flexibiliteit en duidelijke prestaties. Deze volledig transparante compressor laat uw volledige dynamische bereik doorschijnen totdat uw signaal de compressiedrempel bereikt die wordt aangegeven door de tien zeer zichtbare status-LED's voor gainreductie. Dit alles is verpakt in een stevig, lichtgewicht aluminium pedaal ter grootte van een Phase 90.

I've had a Höfner Ingition Beatle Bass for a few years and decided to upgrade it with a German control panel and bridge. the standard "staple" pickups are Ok but I wanted to "beef" them up with a bit more character. Well, the MXR M87 bass compressor was exactly what was needed (I already have the 10 band for my guitars). The attack and release controls allow a wide set of changes to be applied in terms of decay and sustain, and the idea of dual input/output controls makes a great difference to the end results. Not the cheapest piece of kit available but the end result is superb !
