The PRS SE NF 53 is a powerful, modern guitar inspired by classic tones and design. Built with a swamp ash solidbody and a bolt-on maple neck with 22 frets and a 25.5" scale length, the PRS SE NF 53 captures the timeless essence of the electric guitar. The addition of PRS Narrowfield DD "S" pickups delivers high output and musicality with no background noise, making this guitar a unique PRS creation.
The PRS Narrowfield DD (Deep Dish) "S" pickups feature taller bobbins to accommodate more windings and additional metal components between the magnets, resulting in a powerful and articulate tone. Like the US model, the "S" variant offers tight low-end and the biting, twangy sound expected from this type of instrument—all in a noiseless humbucker format, allowing for high-gain performance. Equipped with volume and tone controls and a 3-way pickup selector, the SE NF 53 gives players easy access to a wide tonal palette. Finally, the steel bridge with brass saddles enhances the guitar’s resonance and sonic character.
