The ideal companion for amp and effects processors FRFR speakers, which stand for 'Full Range Flat Response', are specially designed to take advantage of the quality of the amp, speaker and effects models built into your guitar and bass processors, such as HeadRush Prime, Core or MX5. Unlike a guitar amp, whose amp-preamp section and loudspeaker with its distinctive sound often add undesirable colour to your models, FRFR speakers offer a pure, transparent sound that won't distort your models. Powerful and precise, the FRFR108 and FRFR112 MK2 deliver enough power for jam sessions, rehearsals and concerts.
Powerful, balanced sound
The FRFR108 and FRFR112 MK2 deliver up to 2000W and 2500W peak power respectively, giving you plenty of reserve power for all your performances and rehearsals. Fitted with 8" and 12" drivers and a treble compressor specially developed for this application, the FRFRs offer a rich, accurate response across the entire frequency range, with no artificial coloration to make the most of your modelling system.
Full connectivity and Bluetooth
The FRFR108 and FRFR112 MK2 feature two XLR/jack combo inputs for connecting your amp processor or pedalboard, with independent volume controls. To stream music during your rehearsals or breaks from a wireless device with ease, these two speakers are equipped with a Bluetooth 5.0 module with dedicated volume control. To complete this rich interface, an XLR output is also available for daisy-chaining several speakers or sending the FRFR signal to a mixing console.
Coping with all situations
The sound of a room can quickly become crowded and muddled when the low frequencies of different instruments mix together. FRFRs feature a high-pass filter switch that quickly eliminates these unwanted frequencies and keeps the sound blending seamlessly into the final mix. A ground lift switch also eliminates hum from ground loops on the electrical circuit.
