The speakers of the Portaflex series come directly from one of the brand's very first amps, the B15 of famous memory. They mix vintage style, portability and performance.
The classic Ampeg sound but not only! These cabinets are equipped with HP Eminence specifically manufactured for Ampeg according to a specific specification. They have stamped salad bowls to offer maximum dynamics and power. Plus a 3-position switch allows you to adjust the volume of the compression for maximum versatility: no attenuation, -6 dB reduction, or simply cut, the classic Ampeg sound.
Complementary baffles. Mix and match the speakers of the Portaflex series to get the sound of your dreams! The extension baffles have been designed to support the weight of a second speaker and provide an even more serious and percussive sound. Connectivity side, each cabinet has two jack inputs connected in parallel for easy use chain.
A cabinet for the nomadic musician. The PF-115HE & PF-210HE have a removable cover with quick-attach system. This allows you to attach the head to the opposite side of the handle to store it inside the cabinet when carrying your amp. Of course the remaining space also allows you to store the cables or ... whatever you want. The removable 2 "wheels included, meanwhile, will spare your back!
Inspired by the classic look and functionality of the legendary Ampeg Portaflex speakers, the PF-115HE combines vintage styling with the performance of a modern 450W cabinet. The HP 15 'Eminence' ceramic offers the true Ampeg sound, with the ability to meter the right amount of treble with the Ampeg L-Pad Attenuator. The poplar speaker is extremely strong, and has a very nice look with its Ampeg black diamond and its classic B-15 grid canvas. And since it's a Portaflex, you can attach the PF-350 or PF-500 head to the top and place it inside the baffle for the ultimate portable solution.
