I've given this review at least twice maybe they like it so much they want to read it again and again. Woodbrass is just a music store like any other music store the difference is their staff.My salesman in particular could do things very well he spoke English and just not English he spoke like he was from the part of the South,US, I come from it was almost like I was back home, not that I would ever in my right mind want to go back there, Heaven forbid.But he talked to my like I was his friend and he was there to help me. The second thing he did was use what we call in Sales (The Come around), he made me come around to his way of thinking but making it appear, sound like it was all my idea and instead of buying a couple of strings I ended up buying `somewhere around 8 packs I already have five from the last time and the're all sitting on my desk. Now that's a salesman how do I know I built my own insurance agency alone and in ten years made well over 1 million dollars and sold it for a good price. Yes friends there's a sucker born every minute but it's the salesmen that has to hone in on it and he did. Bravo now on to the net poor sap...

My experience of Woodbrass was overall good

My experience of Woodbrass is good. The instrument sent was very slightly different model to that ordered (slight different design to the sound hole) but was still a lovely and quality instrument anyway - I was certainly happy to keep the slight difference given the quality of instrument and good service. Delivery was also very quick Overall I will be happy to use Woodbrass again.

After reading current reviews I was somewhat apprehensive. The guitar arrived extremely quickly, and communication was good. I felt there needed more adequate packing on inside of guitar box,although the outside was beautifully insulated, and the pickup had become detached from the body, but I can fix this! All in all though, I was quite impressed.

Schaller SC535 Vibrato

This tremolo system is perfectly engineered and of the highest quality. It fits and functions perfectly and, in my opinion, is a better design than more conventional units as all the string vibrations are transferred directly to the bridge and not partially absorbed by under-body springs. As stated by Schaller, it is intended for subtle use and not extreme dive bombs etc.but for Hank Marvin, Dave Gilmore type use it is perfect. Woodbrass service fast and efficient - highly recommended.

Really excellent service: a hard to find product (a nyckelharpa bow) was available and delivered in a couple of days. Full communication throughout from the company. Highly recommended.

Everything went as good and smooth as it can with them. I would buy there again. The only point that I took off is because the guitar I bought came in a soft bag in the fabricant's own box. There was no extra packing, which would be definitely safer. But in anyways everything was good.
