This is the most useful tool for beginners! I've been learning to play the guitar for 1 year now but with this hand exerciser, my fingers got tougher for 1 week only. It'd be good to mention here that I'm a woman and I have very small and gentle hands, so playing the instrument is a bit hard for me in general.

I find the product interesting and of good quality. But after a few weeks I often forget to take it. Not easy to know the right positions and the right duration for the usage to be beneficial. I bought it to try to limit regular cramps in the thumb during barre chords despite years of practice... so far I haven't seen any improvement

Not being able to play the guitar as often as I would like, I use the VARI-GRIP to keep my fingers flexible and to strengthen them. Very effective, easy to carry, both beginners and experienced players will be charmed. As for the guitar string effect, just remove the numbered caps.
