The Alto Professional TX18S is an active subwoofer equipped with an 18" speaker and a
900W class D amplification section, designed to deliver deep and punchy bass in
a wide variety of applications. Highly efficient, this subwoofer will enrich the sound
spectrum of your sound system and ideally complements an Alto TX4 speaker setup. Whether you are a DJ, musician, or equipping a concert hall, club, or
discotheque, the TX18S will provide rich and immersive sound capable of filling
any space.
Power and reliabilityThanks to an 18-inch speaker with a 3-inch voice coil, the TX18S can handle
nuanced and deep low frequencies that are often poorly reproduced by
standard PA speakers. Ideal for complementing an audio system composed
of TX4 speakers, such as TX412 or TX415, the TX18S allows you to create a powerful and balanced sound system capable of adapting to a multitude of
applications. The powerful internal 900W amplifier is equipped with circuits and overload protection that ensure your bass remains clear and tight even at full volume.
Multiple output modesOne of the most advanced features of the TX18S lies in its two distinct EQ modes
(Live and Music) as well as its adjustable low-pass filters. These options allow
users to modify the subwoofer's frequency response to precisely match
any speaker system and listening environment. These settings, designed to
be simple and accessible, allow equalization adjustment based on ambient
acoustics with a simple press of a button, thus avoiding the complexity of multiple and sophisticated controls.
Optimized for durability and performanceThe TX18S is designed to withstand all usage stresses. The subwoofer enclosure is
made of durable, resonance-free wood fiber, which actually enhances the intrinsic acoustic qualities
of the device. Additionally, this subwoofer and all other products in the TX series are
designed and tuned in the United States.
