KUNG is the best flute brand I know since my purchase!
This model 2401 worth 400 (on sale) has superior sound qualities compared to the 3 flutes I own! You have to try it!
-I have a Moeck at 620, a Mollenhauer at 670, 2 baroque altos; this price is 50% more expensive than the model: Kung 2401 and they have 100% inferior sound quality compared to Kung. This flute produces extremely powerful low notes and very beautiful highs without being shrill!
-I have an Ehhlert flute from Moeck costing more than 1500 which has always caused me problems... and Moeck never wanted to acknowledge the problem to repair this instrument! And this instrument has worse sound quality than the flute I just bought: Kung!
So... Beware, the highest prices are not necessarily better!
Keep in mind that KUNG is highly appreciated by recorder teachers.
In 6 months I plan to order a KUNG model 4413 in boxwood castello; the price according to resellers is between 798 and 1000 (for shops that take a big margin).... (Show more)
