Very "artificial" sound, lots of breath. Not convincing for a bass. Surely very good for a guitar.

Imagine a classic headphone amp, like the Vox Amplug, but configurable: it exists, it's the Mighty Plug. It has 7 presets configurable via a mobile app to which it is connected via Bluetooth. You can modify the amp type, speakers, gain, equalization, and add all sorts of effects. The simulations are very good, at least good enough to practice without disturbing those around you. Finally, cherry on the cake, it is powered by a rechargeable battery and costs barely twice as much as a classic headphone amp (for the price of 2 you get an infinite number). A must ??

Review following recent purchase. Loyal user of the competitor's amplug system (which already offers quality equipment). I am totally blown away by the quality of this Nux, the sound palette, the effects, the Bluetooth mode, contrary to some videos, the sound from jamtracks or other sources comes out perfectly in the headphones and without latency. I totally recommend this product.
