The review of the bow is from a beginner: This bow allowed me to progress quickly on a point that I couldn't eliminate with another poor quality bow, namely the trembling (or bouncing) during play. The stick is well made and finished. With my little experience, it seems to me a perfect bow to start well with quality material at a reasonable price. As usual, Yamaha keeps its promises of consistent quality.
