Buying at Woodbrass is always a pleasure.
The CASIO CT-S400 keyboard is fantastic. It is good on its own, but also when connected via midi to a computer. Versatile, portable and lightweight.

Purchased on Woodbrass, fast delivery, perfect packaging.
A good little keyboard: surprising touch for the price, it's not bad at all, both silent and with the impression of a semi-weighted touch.
The sounds are fair to good. The piano is not amazing. Incredible not to have the sound and effects of the brother CT-S1. Here it's flat, no modern effects, very unfortunate.
The arranger side is nice but quite limited in control and variations. The styles are very good for this price range.
However, the absence of a front headphone jack is unforgivable, and the compartmentalization between versions (CT-S1, 400 and 450) is pure nonsense and a gross mistake. The USB-to-Host port at the back, impossible to find with the music stand in place, is average. The absence of audio over USB is also very surprising in 2021.
A keyboard that could have been a reference without the accumulation of small silly mistakes that spoil the pleasure. When will there be a compact format CT-X?
