I chose it among other models because it is battery-powered (batteries included), I'm tired of gadgets where once the battery is dead, you can't change it and the thing is good only for the trash. I'm not very demanding about the sound, I use it so as not to wake my wife when she is sleeping and to play quietly. For that, it is perfect. The sound is good, curiously when the gain knob is not at max, there is some hiss, so I leave it at max, no problem. I haven't tested the Aux input. Although not articulated, the jack fits into female chassis like stratocaster type. I've had it for a short time, hard to give an opinion on the quality.
