I finally found my package very well packed. The pickup point has 2 stores and 2 phone numbers for the same link. I hadn't called the right one. But I want to highlight the lack of seriousness of GLS. Delivery without warning even though it was agreed that an appointment would be made. Delivery postponed 3 times in a row without explanation. Finally, drop-off at the pickup point contrary to what was agreed. A week of stress and searching!
