Description
This pedal tracks the signal directly from the guitar, allowing you to switch between clear and high gain without changing the Threshold. Its new design allows you to connect your pedal in an effects loop or after your high gain pedal or your preamp. With a mini-jack you can chain 2 Decimator pedals (whether II or II G String) to get 2 channels of noise reduction or for a stereo system. This connection allows each pedal to follow the instrument directly like the rack versions of the brand. The Decimator G String provides a completely independent Decimator noise reduction channel that can be inserted into a series effects loop or after a preamp section, the advantage being that the Decimator level detectors will follow the signal directly. With the G String, you can adjust the threshold of the gearbox and regardless of the noise level, the Decimator will follow it without any problem. Thanks to its total transparency, you will not have to fear that the threshold is too high or to turn off the Decimator when you go from a high gain guitar to a clear sound. It offers an input to connect a guitar directly and a buffer output that can be plugged directly into your amp, as well as a second audio output processed too. You can connect other pedals between the Decimator's output and the input of your amp, this allows the G String to remove any noises you may have, even with overdrive pedals located before your amp.
