good quality microphone. However, plan to purchase a foam windscreen to avoid 'pops' (a membrane a bit too soft for my taste). Compared to my sm58, this one holds up, that's true... And even if it colors the voice a bit more, especially towards the midrange. I am still satisfied with this purchase. (excellent value for money)
