Epiphone 1958 Korina Explorer Electric Guitar
Manufactured in partnership with the Gibson® Custom Shop, the 1958 Explorer® is Epiphone’s impressive recreation of one of the most famous and valuable vintage guitars ever made. It brings the authentic details of the 1958 Explorer to guitarists worldwide at a revolutionary price. Like the ultra-rare original 1958 Gibson models, it features a Korina body and neck with a long neck tenon and a 1958 Explorer neck profile. It also comes equipped with an Indian Laurel fingerboard and gold hardware. The electronics are also top-notch, with Gibson Burstbucker® 2 and Burstbucker 3 pickups wired to individual volume controls and a master tone control with CTS® pots and a Mallory® capacitor, as well as a 3-way Switchcraft® pickup selector and a 5.7 cm output jack. An Epiphone x Gibson Custom logo is proudly displayed on the back of the headstock, and a hard case is also included.
