My aging Marshall amp, with a hum loud enough to dehorn an ox (despite a noise gate), I wanted to buy a small hybrid amp. The Micro Terror immediately caught my attention after testing it in the store. Really impressed by the power, the clean or crunch sound, and especially the absence of hum at all levels. I paired it with a 12" speaker and there it shows all its splendor. My neighbors are a bit deaf and that's all the better for me. For now, I haven't used any effect pedals because I'm enjoying the new sound that the Micro Terror provides me. I might add reverb to sound wider and/or distortion for a thicker sound. In any case, for the quality-price-pleasure ratio, I really made a very good deal.

Already a good point for woodbrass delivery, always impeccable. After a little test last night, the first impressions are quite good. I have a Telecaster and even with single coils this 20W head performs well. Well, the clean sounds don't straighten a sheep's wool but that's not its main purpose. Once the gain knob is turned to the dark side, you start to crunch, that's when you really feel the little grain of the preamp tube. If you push the gain knob to the maximum, you get (with single coils) a nice saturation without touching distortion either. For pure metalheads, you'll have to play it with humbuckers or maybe with a small pedal upstream. I ordered at the same time the orange baffle planned for the micro-terror. Well, the speaker is a bit small but the sound is still correct. The weight-power-size ratio is unbeatable. Let yourself be tempted, the value for money is quite impressive.

First of all, I would like to commend the professionalism of Woodbrass, which tends to mask the lack of seriousness of Chronopost, who finds it easier to drop off my package at my post office without going through my home... This amp head is a pure gem! It is more "Terror" than "Micro"! A sound marvel, the lamp really adds its little extra despite the size of the beast. Very good value for money, I would still recommend accompanying it with a baffle. I have not yet detected any negative points.
