Disappointed because the instrument was received in 1 week via Chronopost and no response from Woodbrass customer service... Otherwise, the instrument is quite good

This model has a very warm and full tone. Mine is over 20 years old. The sound that comes out always remains balanced. I recommend it to those who play their instruments very regularly. After 2 to 3 weeks of adapting to the ambient humidity, I stopped using my old flute.
